UNFPA Strategic Dialogue on Youth, Peace and Security

From December 2018 to July 2019 Leadership Associates and PATRIR are implementing a global strategic dialogue and formative assessment to support UNFPA in their programming on Youth, Peace and Security. The Strategic Dialogue includes country visits to Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Bosnia, Palestine, Tunisia, Libya and Jordan as well as desk review of key literature and publications, consultations with UNFPA field staff, and a survey of UNFPA Field Staff. Leadership Associates and PATRIR are also inviting agencies and organisations working in the field of youth peacebuilding to share with us examples of:

  • ‘Theories of Change’ used to guide Youth Peacebuilding programming
  • ‘Good’ and ‘bad’ or ‘challenging practices’ examples and lessons as well as evaluations of youth peacebuilding work
