Our colleagues from the Global Inclusion Department offered the Cluj community a valuable and useful new event. “Connect with-in Cluj,” a networking and professional marketing event, brought together international women in Cluj businesses, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
It was an event that highlighted some of the important topics in the realm of international women’s inclusion: employability, innovation, adaptability, and leadership.
The event focused on creating valuable connections, promoting inclusivity, and empowering individuals while facilitating international women’s access to the labor market and nurturing their economic and social impact in Cluj.
We had meaningful connections, dynamic discussions, and a vision for a thriving Cluj in an event developed in collaboration with the Cluj Cultural Center and Cluj HUB.
Once again, Cristina Labo was with us and, with her artistic skills, summarized the discussions during the event, as she usually does, for which we are very thankful.
The event is organized by PATRIR under the ENFEM Project. ENFEM project aims to create a context for the development of networks of local actors in 10 European countries, while also focusing on providing training opportunities for migrant women, enhancing their entrepreneurial skills, and fostering the integration of women into the local labor market. The project is funded with the support of the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the European Union.
