During Making Cluj Thrive Together in May 2023, our focus was on fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and easing the transition of international women into the local labour market. As a result of the conversations we had with the international women and based on the outcomes of the project, we strongly believe that there is a significant demand to place an emphasis on well-being.
