Forward challenge
For what?
For exploring our obligations and possibilities as Romanian and global citizens. For contributing to the efforts to making education, health, gender equality, peace, poverty eradication, sustainable development, healthy environment, participation a normal part of every person’s life sharing our Earth.
Why?
Because we all can do much more. Because our local actions have global effects. Because it makes sense. Because it is cool. because a few but right activities can offer a higher personal and professional satisfaction. Because a Youth Capital needs to inspire interest and action. Because change can start only with us
How?
Between the 2nd of October and 1st of November 2015 forty (40) teams will engage in solving ten (10) challenges, bringing to Cluj-Napoca the pulse of international development. The challenges will include interviews, board game development, public campaigns and flash mobs, advocacy activities and engaging with decision making factors, and many others. The participating challengers will have the opportunity to be coached by experts in the field of PR, communication, advocacy, etc., and will receive guidance and accompaniment from a team of mentors.
Who?
We are looking for pupils and students, in teams of 5. The project is for you if you: are a pupil/ student, are curious about the world and have the desire to be involved in your own community, want to experience team work and personal development, want to be convinced that you can e part of the change.
All applying teams are guaranteed to have a great experience. The teams of which performance will be evaluated as exceptional by the involved experts will benefit from novel rewards.
