The UA Child Education Hub in Cluj represents an educational endeavor initiated by PATRIR and UNICEF for the Ukrainian children in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. With a team committed to supporting the academic journey of Ukrainian youth, the hub provides assistance in navigating the Ukrainian school curriculum while fostering an environment conducive to socialization and holistic development.
Catering to the educational needs of over 300 refugee children from Ukraine, the project addresses the challenges encountered by students amidst displacement. Classes are conducted three times a week, supplemented by extracurricular activities. Additionally, the hub provides English and Romanian language skills to facilitate integration and future opportunities. Beyond educational assistance, the team offers psychological support as needed, ensuring the well-being of students and their families.
