As the ENFEM project sails through its final months, we couldn’t wait to share the incredible journey and the remarkable outcomes we’ve witnessed together.
Our main mission was to open doors to the labor market for international women and empower them to become entrepreneurs through trainings and work-based learning activities.
We’re happy to share that in the last half-year:
- 81 women were trained in 9 sessions, blending online, offline, and hybrid formats.
- We collaborated and trained 58 local actors, focusing on examples of good practices.
- Engaged 122 women in work-based learning sessions, fostering practical experience & networking.
The ENFEM project has been an example of inclusivity and empowerment. We’ve encountered women with immense potential, transcending language barriers and tailoring our approach to the unique needs of international women.
