The Pace, Action, Training and Research Institute of Romania (PATRIR), in collaboration with the Cluj Cultural Centre and Cluj Hub, implemented Connect with-in Cluj, a networking and professional marketing event, that brought together international women in Cluj, businesses, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders.
This vibrant event highlighted some important aspects in the realm of international women’s inclusion: employability, innovation, adaptability, and leadership. Connect with-in Cluj was designed as a milieu of creating valuable connections, promoting inclusion, and empowering individuals while facilitating international women’s access to the labor market and nurturing their economic and social impact in Cluj.

Intersectional Discrimination in European Labour Markets in the Voices of TCN Women

Under the ENFEM project, the consortium participated at the 6th International Conference on Gender Research that was held at Ulster University, NI, UK on the 21st & 22nd April 2023, to submit a paper entitled as “Intersectional Discrimination in European Labour Markets in the Voices of TCN Women”, which has the results of the first part of the project, concerning the perceptions of International Women on their challenges and strategies for integration in the host country. The findings concern nine European Union countries: Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.
