After a well-deserved vacation full of discoveries, our youngest friends from PATRIR’s UA Child Education Hub – освітній проєкт для українських дітей have embarked on a new school year!
On September 1, the children from the primary school began their studies, attending a solemn first lesson. The primary school found shelter in the welcoming arms of Colegiul National Pedagogic “Gh. Lazar”.
On September 8, it was the middle and high schools’ turn to return to their student desks. This incredible opportunity was made possible with support from Royal School in Transylvania.
Thanks to them, Ukrainian refugee children can study in a comfortable environment.
This project began as a partnership between Peace Action Training and Research Institute of Romania (PATRIR) and UNICEF Romania, and we are immensely grateful to the members of the Cluj community who have provided resources to ensure the functionality of this vital educational hub.
Together, we are helping Ukrainian refugee children shape their futures.
