DPO
The Department of Peace Operations works upon request from conflict parties and local, national and international organisations and agencies to support violence prevention, peacebuilding, mediation, and post-war recovery. DPO experts include practitioners, analysts, diplomats, and others.
IPDTC
The International Peace & Development Training Center is one of the world’s leading providers of training, capacity building and professional development support for practitioners, governments, UN and local, national and international organisations working in peacebuilding, prevention, and post-war peace consolidation.
EPD
The European Peace Department (EPD) is dedicated to advancing peacebuilding and addressing drivers and dynamics of conflict within the European Union and broader Europe, and to strengthening both domestic and international peacebuliding capabilities of the EU, member states and national and local authorities and civil society.
Global Inclusion
The Global Inclusion Department is dedicated to engaging with migrant and refugee communities, working to support their voices to be heard in governance and policies that affect them in Cluj and more widely across Europe.

PATRIR is the Romanian Peace Institute. We have 21 years’ experience working in Romania and around the world dealing with local, national and global conflicts. PATRIR’s program lines include work on: gender, strengthening gender inclusion and equality and overcoming gender-based violence; strengthening local, national and international capabilities and policies for early warning, prevention, peacebuilding and post-war stabilization; support for mediation and peace processes; post-war stabilization and peace consolidation; youth empowerment; tackling violent radicalization and extremism, and more. Our team is made up of researchers, expert practitioners, trainers and facilitators and project staff. If you are recruited, you will be a core team member at PATRIR with opportunities to play a key role in shaping our work and programming.
